Ride-hailing has always paid the platform first. Drivio flips the order: drivers pay a flat fee for access, and the fare belongs to the person who drove for it.

How do I know the price is fair?
You see several drivers' offers side by side before anything is booked, with each driver's rating, vehicle and arrival time next to their price. You pick the offer. Nothing is assigned to you.
Is there surge pricing?
No. Drivio never multiplies fares. Drivers set their own prices, and the fare you accept is locked before pickup.
Can I pay cash?
Yes. Choose wallet or cash when you accept an offer. Wallet tops up by card or bank transfer; cash is agreed upfront and paid directly to your driver.
What if no offers arrive?
Requests stay open for up to 60 seconds. If no driver responds, nothing is charged and you can simply request again.

Access is a flat subscription: ₦2,500 daily, ₦15,000 weekly or ₦50,000 monthly. New drivers start with a 90-day free trial once verification is approved, and you can switch plans at any renewal.
Do you take a cut of my fares?
No. Drivio takes ₦0 per trip. The fare a rider pays is exactly what you earn; the subscription is the only thing you ever pay Drivio.
How do I get paid?
Wallet trips settle into your driver wallet, and you withdraw to your bank account. Cash trips are paid to you directly at the end of the ride.
What do I need to sign up?
Your BVN and NIN for identity checks, a live selfie, your driver's licence, and your vehicle's registration, insurance and road-worthiness documents. A human team reviews everything.
Do I have to accept rides?
Never. You see the full trip (pickup, destination and distance) and choose whether to make an offer at your own price within the 60-second window.
